Admonition: Moving You Closer to God Every Day

Speaker 1: And now admonition
brought to you by the

Collierville Church of Christ.

Speaker 2: Jesus comes into the
country of the Gadarenes.

He encounters the individual on
the seashore who is possessed by

demons.

He cast those demons out.

They go into a herd of Swine,
the swine, go over the cliff.

The people who are keeping the
swine run into the city to tell

everyone what has happened.

They call him out and this is
what we read.

Then they came to Jesus and saw
the one who had been demon

possessed and had the legion
sitting and clothed in his right

mind.

They were afraid.

Some people fear when they see
the power of God and they don't

understand and because they
don't understand, they reject

God.

These people did.

May I encourage you, seek out an
understanding of the word of God

so that you might accept,
believe, repent, confess, and be

baptized and saved from your sin
by the power of God.
