How Do You Relate to Others? - Admonition 139

Exodus 1:8-10Scripture: Exodus 1:8-10 Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. 9 And he said to his people, Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; 10 come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land.Transcript:And now, Admonition, brought to you by the Collierville Church of Christ.Does it bot...

Adam Cozort: And now,
Admonition, brought to you by

the Collierville Church of
Christ.

Aaron Cozort: Does it bother you
when people have a position or a

situation work where they're
endangering you because of their

strength?

Pharaoh, King of Egypt was
afraid of the children of Israel

in Exodus chapter one because
they were growing mightier and

greater than the Egyptians.

But it's interesting if you
think back to the book of

Genesis that we're told
concerning Abraham and those who

interacted with him, that God
would bless those who blessed

Abraham and his seed and curse
those who cursed Abraham and his

seed.

Pharaoh had an opportunity
instead of being afraid of

Israel, he had an opportunity to
be blessed by Israel, but he

chose wrong.

How are you relating to those
around you?

Are you doing it in view of
God's word?

Consider God's word for your
life today?
