Admonition: Moving You Closer to God Every Day

Aaron Cozort: Is it all over?

Is it all over when someone does
us wrong and we don't have the

strength to stand up against
them?

How will we ever survive?

How will we ever flourish and
grow again?

This might have been some of the
questions that the Israelites

had when the Egyptian started
persecuting them afflicting them

and giving them struggles that
they were barely able to bear.

But we read in Exodus chapter
one that the more the Egyptians

persecuted the Israelites, the
faster the Israelites grew, the

mightier they grew, the more God
blessed them.

Here's the point.

If you think you're struggling
and that you're going to give in

and there's no way for God to
get you out from under the

difficulties you have, maybe you
need to spend more time in God's

word.

Maybe you need to learn what God
can do in the midst of

affliction\
